ND_BLK kconfig was removed by kernel commit f8669f1d6a86 ("nvdimm/blk: Delete the block-aperture window driver")

@zhijianli88 This looks good, but do you mind sending this as a patch to the mailing list instead? This way we can leverage the usual tooling goodness from b4 and archival via lore. Thanks!
