Improve firmware update error reporting

If ARS is in progress ndctl firmware update fails with the following messages. Frustratingly none of these message indicate what the actual problem is. Update the error message to identify the long operation conflict.

ndctl update-firmware nmem0 -f $binary

Uploading firmware to DIMM nmem0. FINISH FIRMWARE UPDATE on DIMM nmem0 failed: 0x5 Unable to end update sequence. Firmware update abort on DIMM nmem0 failed: 0xd Aborting update sequence failed.updated 0 nmem.
