Working version of pizzly available?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is an exact combination of tool versions and files which allows pizzly to work? I've tried various combinations of pizzly and kallisto, and continue to get the following error: Number of kept records 0 out of 0 ...which results in 0 calls.

I've been using the following transcriptome: ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-81/fasta/homo_sapiens/cdna/Homo_sapiens.GRCh38.cdna.all.fa.gz

I'ver tried various different versions of gtf.

It would be great to be able to use this tool. Thanks!

Same problem here, it would be great to have a solution. Might be a problem with the filtering but I am afraid that I am not familiar enough with cpp to look properly at the code.

It seems like pizzly is not actively maintained.
