Add Support for CloudEvent schema

@pmcilreavy would it be possible to look at merging this? I think it's really useful functionality to add as CloudEvents is the standard now.

@muhammedeminakbulut are you able to test this PR branch and see if you are happy that the cloud schema support works? also there is another Cloud Event PR #143 which is newer.
