Added a few features to make pm2-syslog usable with remote syslog servers.

Hello here is a version with some minor improvements, including :

  • ability to configure IP / port of a remote systlog UDP server
  • ability to select RFC syslog format
  • some minor fixes and refactor. Cheers !
