Downloading Zig 0.12.0 results in a 403 Forbidden

Note sure when this stopped working, but it looks like the url at https://ziglang.org/builds/zig-linux-x86_64-0.12.0-dev.47+0461a64a9.tar.xz results in a 403 Forbidden, making the installation fail. I think this could be updated to 0.14.0?
