Super Robot Wars V No Audio

I'm getting no audio with Super Robot Wars V, testing with other games working before and after. This game has a lot of issues for me in general (such as the latest update causing crash on startup), so I'm not sure if it's an issue with the game itself or my system/setup (since the game doesn't seem to be one that would have memory restrictions like The Witcher 3 getting in the way).

Its not so much that the issue is caused by a lack of memory, more that a specific service has to be enabled in the control.nacp for the game afaik. It just happens that the service is disabled in games that have memory constraint issues. Either way, please add this game to one of the already open issues instead of making a entire new one
