web白板上传文件，图片等文档不显示，空白

您好！web的白板上传文件那里，上传的文档不显示，或者上传不了，白板的sdktoken, REACT_APP_NETLESS_APP_TOKEN= 检查了没有填错，netless后台的文档转换功能也开通了，白板上可以写字画画都可以，就是上传不了图片文档, 请问怎么回事呢？谢谢！
