Flickr rake tast

The included rake task is what I use to synchronise new posts on my photoblog.

From given Flickr URL's, it uses the Fleakr gem to pull in meta data, title, etc. and generate posts like this one.

PS, it might also be nice to modularise the main Rakefile into separate tasks in the _rake directory.
