Last time EL7 hardening-content was updated, the stig_rule_SV-93705r3_rule was not yet published. Systems scanned with more-recent profiles flag this missing hardening

Describe the solution you'd like

Ensure:

-a always,exit -F arch=b32 -S create_module -k module-change -a always,exit -F arch=b64 -S create_module -k module-change

Is added to an appropriate file in the /etc/audit/rules.d/audit.rules directory
