[Feature] Show only a single time style in transcription editor

Description of the feature you are requesting: Currently when editing transcriptions, the player on the left hand side has the media you uploaded, and the seek bar for it displays time in Minutes:Seconds. However, for the section on the right where you can make the edits to time and the words has the time sections in seconds only, so everything above a minute shows at 61+ seconds rather than the same format as the left side with both minutes and seconds. I'd like to keep these the same format,

Describe the solution you'd like I'm not sure if I would rather work in minutes:seconds or only seconds, but maybe an option in settings/on this editing page to toggle between the two items would be great.

Describe alternatives you've considered Constant head math dividing by 60.
