App/website for less techy users

Hi, thanks for the 'awesome' work done in combiling this list! I could not but think that a much wider base of users/people should have access to such knowledge.

So, my feature request is that you/someone creates an app on phones and a website with a very simple graphical interface.

The main functionality would be as follows:

1. The user enters their usual go to service such as "google forms" in an input field that has an auto complete
2. The output comes up with recommended alternatives, and with simple icons next to them indicating one or two things, e.g., when was this alternative added or checked/audited to be still respecting privacy.

I guess an organization can support such work because of the financial costs involved, there are many NGOs in the EU that work in this domain, and I have a feeling they would be interested in such a project.

I know privacytools.io exists, but that's still a geeky resource with jargon, loads of text, and the website is a bit creepy as if seeking privacy is hiding a crime.

An example of a use case I am thinking of is someone in a small company/institution is about to create a google form, instead of opening the browser to google forms, they would do a couple of more clicks, they would go to INSTE.AD app or website, type google forms, get the alternatives, see a green check next to it as it was recently cheked, and click on it to use it.

And yes, I thought of the name of the service and the domain too, inste.ad is a great name for easy marketing no? and as of writing this post on 19 August 2023, it is available for registration.

If someone is willing to lead this, I would be happy to give more ideas...
