docs: Add Atlassian alternative | GitHub

While GitHub isn't fully private, it is a better alternative to Atlassian Products

I was unsure wether this should be listed as "Issue Trackers". I chose "Company Tools" since Atlassian offers similar Tools as GitHub:

  • Wiki: Confluence
  • Issues: Jira
  • Source Code: Bitbucket

It would be better to list GitLab and Gitea, which are fully open source and self-hostable. Don't you think?

Hi @pluja Thank you for your input. That sounds good. I haven't used GitLab in a while but if they offer similar tools (Wiki, Projects …), then I agree that it's a better option (especially considering the option to self host it).

The main reason for adding GitHub was that most projects are already hosted here. :octocat:

Since my GitLab account is still active I can look into it and adjust the PR accordingly.
