Ok for transifex. I don't want to push teclib organization for this project except if all members here want to.

We have a lot of plugins in this organization but the teclib name is highlighted. This telegram project is more community oriented.

The name is problematic, we already have a "glpi" organization. i suggest a dedicated like glpitelegram or if you want a more generical name : "glpi plugins"
