Is it possible to create tickets by telegram?

For example by sending a message to the bot, with key words. (And then create a ticket based on a template)

@Drumhazzard thanks for your response. I have no idea how to do this. It is nog possible to extend the telegram-plugin? Or is the use of webservices easier?

This feature will be available on the next TelegramBot version.
