[Order 2.4.0]Budget expriration date

A little problem this day. I start my commands for 2019 and when i want to select the 2019's budget line -> i alway see the 2018 (with start/end date 01-01-2018 to 31-01-2018) budgets lines before the 2019 ones . In the option of order, the line don't show expirated budget' is on. But may be this is not a bug, only a mistake of configuration.
