Issue purchase order

Hello, I would like to ask help regarding a problem for editing purchase orders. In file "example.odt" the {Comment_delivery_address} tag doesn't work, no data is returned while they are in the database. I tried to modify the code of the file "custom.php.example" but without success, I think the data of the table "glpi_locations" does not go up. Do you have an idea ?
