Changing of delivery state finished with error for one item from 38

I created order for supply a 38 monitors. When I received a monitors I changed a delivery state to delivered, a delivery state was changed to "Taken delivery" successfully for 37 items and glpi created 37 associated items. But a delivery state of first item with id = 1 finished with error "Failed operation". repeated attempts to change a delivery state was unsuccessfully too. How to resolve the problem?

Hi,

Could you check your log files (in system log and glpi/files/_log/*.log) ? Without log it is hard to know why this error is happening.
