OS version not updating after OS migration From Windows 7 to 10

Hello,

For some time now, we have been migrating our PCs still running Windows 7 to Windows 10. We have noticed that the information concerning the version of the operating system in GLPI still indicates Windows 7, whereas it does indicate Windows 10 in OCSinventory.

We have tried to force full imports and forced synchronizations in GLPI without the operating system version updating as it should.

Same problem but without solution The solution is only OK for $hardware["OSNAME"] but not for $hardware["OSVERSION"]
