Import SNMP not working with newer OCSInventory-NG (2.8)

With OCSInventory-NG 2.8, they changed many things in the SNMP related department. The ocsinventoryng GLPI plugin hasn't been adapted to handle these changes. In fact, it doesn't detect devices discovered in OCSInventory-NG via SNMP anymore.
