Opening a call using the form

Hello, version 2.13.10 has a bug in which when the user goes to open a form to create a call, it does not open when the user's profile is User, only as a technician it opens. I had to revert the plugin version to be able to use it again.

Hi

The form doesn't open. Do you mean that you have a blank web page ? Can you check php-errors.log and sql-errors.log for errors related to your issue ?
