Inconsistencies in Search Functionality under 'Services' Tab

Describe the bug After validation, it was found that in the search field, within simplified profiles, under the "Services" tab, there is an inconsistency, as it is retrieving forms that do not have the filter keyword present in the title. It has been observed that the forms in question include the keyword in various fields, with it being more commonly found in a session title of the form. The search is not limited only to the form title but encompasses all fields, including the session title.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'plugin splash screen'
2. Click on 'click on the search field'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

When entering "Férias" in the search field, only forms containing the mentioned keyword in their title should appear. However, other forms that do not contain the mentioned keyword in their title are also appearing:

The search feature uses form name,form description, question name and question description. This is by design.
