GLPI Object not in Administration Section (User,etc..) are not displayed

Open NTIC94130 opened this issue 1 year ago • 5 comments

Describe the bug

I have created a subentity. i created a form and transfered this one in my subentity. WHen i create a question with a GLPI Object , that return nothing except for GLPI Object created in the section Administration. All the others like Parc that return nothing. When i move again the form in the root entity, the GLPI Object are displayed again. Is it a bug ?

Also when a create the question in the value by default, i can see the GLPI Object but after in previsualisation or creating a new ticket via this form i see nothing.

I want separate some forms from my main entity to have only the tickets created with this form in a child entity for visual clarification.

Expected behavior

See the GLPI Object from Parc or other in a sub entity

Screenshots GLPI Object displayed in main entity GLPI Object not displayed in sub entity

Hi

Check that the assets are in the same entity or in an higher entity with recursion enabled.

Hello,

My account is super-admin. I have recursion enabled on my root entity and the child entity concerned. Sincerelly

No, you must check the recursion on your asset

OK i understand now. That was that missing. I am importing my assets with ocs inventory plugin. How i can configure that in glpi to assign also automatically the assets to subentities ? And thanx for the explanation. Sincerelly
