Pending reason column is not displayed in the self-service profile when the form creator is active
Describe the bug When the form creator is enabled, the pending reason column does not appear for the self-service profile when it accesses "Tickets".
The test was carried out on versions 10.0.10 and 10.0.11 of GLPI and versions 2.13.7 and 2.13.8 of form creator.
To Reproduce

Activate the pending reason column

Switch to the self-service profile of a user who has an open ticket

Check if the column is showing
Expected behavior When the form creator is not active, the pending reason column is displayed for the self-service profile, so I believe that the form creator should not interfere with this display
