Request Satisfaction is showing with the ticket open.

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce We have update the version of form creator and when I use the form that I had before to create a new ticket, the ticket is showing the Satisfaction request above the ticket and the ticket is open. The status is New.

Expected behavior I thing this satisfaction area need to show just if the analyst finish the ticket and the user approve the solution..
