Issue with the integration of customFields

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some extra fields, from Plugin Fields help us to organise Ticket over technician. I would be good whe the form is approved to make link to custumfields in ticket genration.

Exemple i got a custom fields who specify if the user is avalable on day/night shift. It's a generic field who is avalaible in form. But when the form generate the ticket i would like to have a option to fill some custom fielm from the response in form.

Hi

It is unclear if you used the plugin Fields to add a field in a ticket. If yes, then you should try the type of question "Aditionnal field" (Formcreator 2.13). It allows you to show a question created from a field of the other plugin, if it is designed to show in tickets, and not in header.

When the ticket is generated, the additional field is populated with the value set by the requester.

Humm, maybe it's a bug with entities.

When i select Additional Field, it's show a field from another entities and not shown Field from parent entitie:

Can you describe your entity tree structure and locate in this tree the form and the user who is currently editing the question ? Tell if the form has entity recursion, and if the user has recursion enabled in his current entity.

For custom field, it's on US -> DRI (sub entity activate)

For FormCréator it'on US -> DRI -> Exploitation (sub entity activated)

And i'm editing the Form from US -DRI -> Exploitation (sub entity activated)

Another strange fact, not necessairy an issue, it's show a custom field who in another branch entity and not inherited from parent:
