Describe the bug When an empty line is added to the beginning of the radios list, the list disappears, but continues to work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any radios element
2. Add empty line at the beggining of list
3. Press Save
4. Again open that radio element and look at list

Expected behavior The list should continue to be visible.

Empty lines are ignored and removed when you save the radios question. This is wanted. This avoids a radio button without any label.

If you intent is to allow the requester to select no other item in the list of the question, then setup the question to allow the user to not give any answer. By default the question has no radio button enabled.
