FormCreator and GenericObject

I use GenericObject which works well

In my Form I add question with "GLPI Object" and select my "GenericObject" no problem but the values is empty.

After several research I found why and I would like to know if it is a Bug or normal or GenericObject issue

If I want my "GenericObject" values I must to remove my "GenericObject" from Self-Service Profil (Associable items to a ticket) otherwise it doesn't work

But If I want to use FormCreator and GLPI HelpDesk together I can't

When you remove or add "GenericObject" from Self-Service Profil you must to "Log Out" and "Log In" to take effect

I have this option in Self-Service Profile

(See hardware of my groups) => Checked (Link with items for the creation of tickets) => "My Devices" => checked (Link with items for the creation of tickets) => "All Items" => not checked

In Self-Service Profile I add "GenericObject" to "Associable items to a ticket"

With this options Values are empty in my Form

I have 2 solutions if I want my values From "GenericObject"

(Link with items for the creation of tickets) => "All Items" => checked (And "GLPI Object" work in Form)

OR

In Self-Service Profile remove "GenericObject" to "Associable items to a ticket" (And "GLPI Object" work in Form)

Unfortunately the 2 solutions don't suit me :(

Your settings is ok but

you must create more than 1 object and remove "All Items" in "self-service profile setup"

I updated my settings of the generic object. I created a second one (as I see you have 3 of them). In the 1st geenric object, I created several instances.

Cah you show a screenshot of the place which is empty ? I'm unsure where it is. In the dropdown of the form ? in the generated ticket ?

Je tes fais une vidéo juste au dessus pour que tu puisse comprendre.

Le Screenshot juste au dessus c'est dans le formulaire quand tu crée un "Object GLPI" les "Objects" sont vide avec les paramètres décrit plus haut
