Validation person since the question

Hello, we have some forms where I need them to be validated by the n+1. The n+1 is not manageable in GLPI, I added a question "who is your n+1", once the form is filled, I create the validation request in the ticket by putting the responsible.

In formcreator, we don't have the possibility to put a specific person for the validation, with the field "person since the question". Is it possible to add this feature?

I forgot to mention that each person has a different n+1. So I can't play with groups or anything.

It is unclear if you want to add the person as a validator of the form answers or as a validator of a generated ticket. In both cases, the plugin requires a development.
