Hi,

This is a question regarding the generated ticket if it's possible to show the associated formanswer ID.

##formcreator.request_id## seems not working.

Hi

No : ticket notification don't support tags added by Formcreator. I think this is possible to add the relevant tags to tickets (needs confirmation by checking GLPI's features).
