[Formcreator 2.12.2] : bug on the type+category target

Describe the bug The ITIL category and the associated ticket template linked to Demand type is not triggered after the form is generated.

When the type is configured with: Question = type defined in the form + Category = category defined in the form image

If I choose 'Demand' in the type form, the associated ticket template for Demand type is not triggered using the ITIL Category It seems that this is the 'Incident' type that is always used in background. The general config has the 'Incident' type defined as the default type.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to form configuration
  2. Configured the target to have Type defined from the form Question
  3. Configured the target to have Category defined from the form Question
  4. Configure Default type as Incident in the general config or root entity
  5. Configure an ITIL category with 'Demand' type associated to a ticket template (only without configuring an Incident type)
  6. Generate and send a form
  7. Check the ticket but it wont be created because the 'Demand' type is not triggered inside the ITIL caterogy.

Expected behavior Expect to have the 'Demand' type triggered in the associated Category so that the associated ticket template is triggered
