Addicional fields automatically disappears

I have seen the module automatically got deactivated. I have to manually enable the plugglin when this happen.

Is this a bad installation?

GLPI deactivates the plugins when you upgrade. Did you by any chance upgrade GLPI?

Not at all. Actually it is installed on a production GLPI instance in the company I work with.

My fault,

I didn't menction we have to enable the pluggin at least 2 times a day every single day since it was installed

Same issue here, GLPI 9.5.5 / Fields 1.12.4, GLPI errorlog contains the following error when trying to display custom tab added to computer object :

There has been no activity on this issue for some time and therefore it is considered stale

If this issue is related to a bug, please try to reproduce on latest release (GLPI and plugin). If the problem persist, feel free to open a new issue.
