the additional fields are not stable in display I could not see my custom fields in a stable way

some problem, when creating new tickets, extra fields aren't displayed. if you open a existing ticket, extra fields are there. after, if you create a new ticket, extra fields appears in the form....

yes that is my problem ,but untel now i dont find any solution

Hi Same issue for me GLPI-9.5.3/fields 1.12.0 This happens for block type "Insert in the form" but not for "Add Tab"

Hi, I'm experiencing the same on GLPI 9.5.3 and fields 1.12.0. No trouble with the simplified view but when technicians want to add a ticket, they don't see custom fields if they don't have open an existing ticket before. Problem is more impacting when fields are not seen, ticket will open without required fields completed.

There has been no activity on this issue for some time and therefore it is considered stale

If this issue is related to a bug, please try to reproduce on latest release (GLPI and plugin). If the problem persist, feel free to open a new issue.
