Unable to add custom fields per entity

I have created a block for Tickets for an entity. I then attempted to create a block for Tickets in a different entity. I get the error message "You cannot add several blocks with type 'Insertion in the form' on same object".

This appears to be the same as issue #204

GLPI version: 9.4.6 Fields version: 1.10.3 PHP: 7.2

Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks you.

Actually, fields plugin can't add same block on itemetype for different entities.

It's a good feature, you can propose it by pull request or contacting us.
