Mandatory fields not tested when resolution is done

Hi, Regarding the mandatory fields and we have not input them, when we solve the ticket, fields controls are not done. (fields in tab) Is it possible to perform tests before the ticket is resolved? At present, one must reopen the ticket to fill these fields, and re-mark solved this ticket. The user then receives 3 notifications (reopening, reason entry, re-solution) :-(

Quand on configure des champs obligatoire et qu'on ne les renseigne pas si on écrit une solution, le ticket est passé résolu sans que ces champs soient remplis, à tord. (champs dans un onglet) Est-il possible d'ajouter ces tests avant de passer le ticket en résolu ? A l'heure actuelle, on doit réouvrir le ticket pour remplir ces champs, et re-marquer résolu ce ticket. L'utilisateur reçois alors 3 notifications (réouverture, saisie de la raison, re-solution) :-(

if bloc is define as "tab", form is not linked to ticket because it's on another tab. you need to create bloc as 'dom' type to add form before save / update button of ticket.

Hi, Sry for the long delay I saw that : I confirm it works to add the field just before the save button. (not in tab) Maybe it's better than on tab who asks more click for a user ;-) My question was to add tests on tabs, but I already make your solution, so, I you want, close the issue ;-)

If this issue is related to a bug, please try to reproduce on latest release (GLPI and plugin). If the problem persist, feel free to open a new issue.
