Does not show up on customized ticket templates
The fields are not visible when we customize the ticket template.

actually, fields is not compatible with template, but it's interesting

We have lots of ticket templates and a custom field managed by this plugin is mandatory, so it's a bit cumbersome each time to have to update it manually when updating tickets. If someone wants to tackle this issue down... :D

If this issue is related to a bug, please try to reproduce on latest release (GLPI and plugin). If the problem persist, feel free to open a new issue.
