Need a list of plugins to display

Whether the plugin configuration page can display a list of ob plugins installed through this plugin, instead of just showing updatable plugins when checking for updates

Any plugins you install through Plugins Galore are currently listed in the "Installed plugins" section of the "Community plugins" page
