Patches with non-ASCII folders don't show up in library

  1. Switch to library tab and open the online patch store
  2. Click on "EB-Diøne" and install it
  3. It does not appear. Close plugdata
  4. Go to the patches folder (Default is C:\Users\Public\Documents\plugdata\Patches)
  5. Rename eb-diøne-48d9d628 folder to eb-dione-48d9d628
  6. Reopen plugdata. The patch should show up.
