Plugdata does not work in WINE
Both 0.9.1 and 0.9.2 installed in Ubuntu 24.04 with WINE don't work in Reaper or FL Studio as CLAP or VST3i running in X11. The plugin loads fine but closing the window hangs the DAW.
All my other plugins run fine in WINE and Reaper runs much better in WINE than in Linux directly - no audio or MIDI delay problems. So it would be great if this plugin ran properly too.
Sorry but I don't believe that reaper runs better in wine than native. It runs absolutely perfect natively. Maybe you've been using incorrect configuration. Reporting such issues to Reaper is much more useful as they can then improve them.
There are also experimental ways to run Linux native plugins inside of wine hosts: https://github.com/falkTX/winesulin (kind of like an inverse yabridge)
