noteout sending only to device 1 - settings crash

Hello! It seems that noteout only sends midi data to the first device enabled in preferences, regardless of what channel is given as an argument. And when I tried to reset via enable/disable midi devices in settings, plugdata closed inmediately. Tested various audio and midi interfaces, reproduced several times. Windows 10 Intell 11 gen laptop, iconnectivity midi and rme uc audio. Hope this helps cheers!

Is this still a problem on the latest nightly builds? I can't seem to reproduce this on Windows
