Rounded corner UI drawing theme option

Hi I know its minor request but in theme settings we do have option to set rounded corners for node rendering

But there is no setting for other UI element like toolbar, dialog windows, etc. for rounded corners

Could this be added ? And added to theme setting maybe ?

Also other thing - I noticed rounding value is hardcoded in Constants::Corners struct to various "default", "large", "window" values, maybe thes can be configured as 0.0-N.M in theme setting to solve it ?
