Feature: export/import of palettes

We had discussed this before and I thought there was already a ticket for it, but couldn't find it :shrug:

So this would be really cool I think. It would allow to easily share palettes among friends or class-mates.

Or to quickly setup a new machine with your standard setup. Create backups, etc.
