Plugdata should ignore mouse interactions when modifier keys are pressed

For instance: when moving or resizing a window in X11 often the alt key (or other modifiers) are pressed in combination with mouse buttons. This leads to unexpected interactions with the plugdata UI. Other programs/plugins do not react in this way.

Only the direct non-modified interaction should register with plugdata as user input.
