This is now in PR #1708
the default size is not what it is supposed to be
This is up to @timothyschoen Our scope size is 130x130, while PD-Vanilla else/scope~ is 200x100 Considering that scope does render correctly it's size when set in a patch (the help file for example) this is actually a non-issue.
@porres is there a reason why this isn't a message that can also be sent to scope? It may be useful to for example:
freeze & unfreeze?
The issue is that the object documents particular default settings and it is arbitrarily different and inconsistent and not true here... is there a reason for that?
I like the idea of a freeze message, this was just copied from max/cyclone
I can also add a bang message for freeze mode that updates it
I wasn't aware the help file documented a default size. Here is where it's written in the help file (for completeness):
The issue is that the object documents particular default settings and it is arbitrarily different and inconsistent and not true here... is there a reason for that?
Fixed in #1713
