ELSE path not installed correctly

related with #1334, I found that ELSE externals have been not installed in its path correctly since 0.8.4 builds. it showed me the weird folder icon with arrows. when I click those folders, they output the error messages like this:

C:\users\(username)\Documents\plugdata\Abstractions(Documentation) is unavaliable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted.

by the way there are no any files in the folders of Externals and Extra except Extra\GS (win11)
