bug: saving modified patch sometimes asks for location

This has been happening since a couple days, so not sure when this bug was introduced.

It's like it's trying to do a save as instead of saving the currently opened patch file, but hard to pinpoint when/what is going wrong.

Still getting this, btw.

Just trying to save the patch that I just created (and saved) and it asks me for a new filename again. Seems to always go back to the plugdata folder as well, not the directory that this patch was saved to originally.

This also still happens regularly. I just saved a new patch, make a modification and when saving again it asks for a new filename.
