cannot load ELSE externals

hi. it seems the new nightly build cannot load ELSE object on Windows 11, could you check it? (Nightly build: 99a1e2388)

btw it's strange that it doesn't recognize most of ELSE externals, but it still shows keyboard GUI when make keyboard object.
