Bug - system display scale factor is not followed

When opening plugdata for the first time, users of high-resolution displays will find that the plugdata UI is very small. This is because plugdata's UI scaling is set to 1 by default. In order to fix this, the user then needs to navigate a tiny UI to find the "Global scale factor" option in settings, which may be unobvious to new users.

To fix this, I would recommend that the scale factor get set automatically to be equal to the system's scale factor. Even better would be if plugdata properly supported display scaling, so its window could be dragged between monitors with differing scale factors.
