Added keyword arguments comment in the bio_dash source code so users can have more understanding of the changeable arguments.

Thanks @thihanmoekyaw for the PR! The one issue I can think of with adding them in this way is that they can get out of date when there are Dash Bio updates. What do you think about linking out instead to https://dash.plotly.com/dash-bio/manhattanplot#manhattanplot-properties
