Focusing an annotation while editing another annotation places the editable text elsewhere

1. Click one of the annotations to edit it
2. While still editing the annotation, click a separate annotation
3. The newly-editing annotation will become editable, but the editable text appears in the top left instead of overlaying the annotation itself
